Virtual Mental Strength Training Group for 2025 Fall Marathons

Improve your running performance by training yourself to think most effectively during your race and training. With Leslie and the support of a virtual group, you will learn evidenced-based thinking strategies that set the stage for a peak performance mindset leading up to your fall marathon or half marathon. Learn what your mind needs to run your best race – knowledge that you will benefit from on the run, but also in the rest of your life.

What’s Included:

  • Weekly 1 hour live educational sessions x 10 weeks 

  • Video recordings of all live sessions

  • Weekly slides for each session

  • Mental training plan to sync with your running schedule

  • Mental Strategy on Race Day Planning Guide

  • Access to Leslie, psychotherapist, for individual questions for the program duration + until your goal race if within 3 months of group conclusion 

  • Weekly suggested assignments

  • NYC meet up in person during 2025 NYC Marathon Weekend with Leslie
