Utilizing mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and positive psychology, I help people who are successful in many parts of life, but still feel stuck in a painful relationship with their body to finally feel at peace, confident, and free around food and appearance. We work to transform how to see oneself. We do this by first building a deep reserve of mindfulness skills. We then work together to observe and identify the primary habits of your own mind and behaviors that are contributing to your body dissatisfaction. Lastly we design and build new habits that better serve your overall life satisfaction.
