Mind Over Marathon is an 16-week mental toughness program designed specifically for the Boston Marathon — the hills, the pressure, and the emotions. You already have the physical training plan. This course gives you the mental training plan.
Over the course of 16 weeks, you’ll train your mind to stay calm, focused, and strong — mile after mile — so you cross Boylston Street knowing you ran your most mentally strong race yet. This is a complete 16-week Marathon Mental Toughness Training Program, specifically tailored to runners training for the Boston Marathon (known for its hills, variable weather, and high emotional pressure).
